Ep. 108 - Healing Your Inner Child & Being Authentic - The Process with Victoria Jane

In this episode, co-host Atarah Valentine speaks with Pathway member Victoria Jane about her journey of self-discovery and manifestation. Victoria shares how she navigated the pressures of her upbringing as the child of East Asian immigrants, confronted internalized biases, and ultimately made a significant career shift by committing to deep inner work.
Victoria Jane recounts her experience growing up in a predominantly white suburb with immigrant parents from Taiwan, feeling caught between two cultures. She explains how the Unblocked Inner Child workshop helped her unpack internalized racial biases and redefine her identity. Through the use of 'Magnetic Parents' and shadow work on the word 'dumb,' she unlocked significant career progress, manifesting a new job with a 30% raise. However, she faced tests of self-worth, including a job offer that fell through, which she recognized as a 'halfway manifestation.' After hitting a rock bottom with her housing situation, she used expanders—people she grouped by themes in a Google Doc—to transition from corporate tech to starting her own Human Design business. Victoria emphasizes the importance of patience, surrendering to the process, and recognizing that failing tests is part of the journey, not a setback.
