  • Access community-processed results through our centralized database
  • Discover podcast content through our aggregated platform

All AI-generated content is produced through transformative NLP processing and does not retain substantial portions of original audio content

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • You have necessary rights to process submitted RSS content (either as copyright holder or through valid license)
  • Submitted RSS feeds must be publicly accessible and legally distributable
  • All processed content becomes publicly viewable unless expressly marked as private (if private processing option exists)
  • Not to submit paywalled/private/pirated content or material violating third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

  • Original Podcast Content: We do not claim ownership over original podcast episodes. Processed content remains attributed to original creators through metadata.
  • AI-Generated Derivatives: By submitting processing requests, you grant us:
    • A perpetual, royalty-free license to store and display outputs publicly
    • Rights to use derivatives for service improvement and AI training
    • Waiver of moral rights regarding public sharing of processed content
  • Prohibited Uses: AI outputs may not be used for:
    • Republishing full transcripts without original creator's consent
    • Generating infringing derivatives

5. Content Moderation

  • We may remove processed content if:
    • Receiving valid DMCA/complaints about original RSS content
    • Detecting policy violations through automated checks
    • Requested by original podcast creators via verified channels
  • No prior review: We do not pre-screen RSS feeds or AI outputs

6. Third-Party Content

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Accuracy/legality of original podcast content
    • RSS feed availability/removal by third parties
    • Copyright disputes between users and content creators
  • Mandatory attribution: All processed content displays:
    • Original podcast title/author
    • Source RSS link
    • "AI-Generated" watermark

7. Copyright Verification

  • Creators may submit:
    • RSS ownership verification requests
    • Batch removal requests via dedicated form
  • Verified creators can:
    • Claim processed content pages
    • Opt-out future processing of their feeds
    • Initiate batch content redaction requests

8. Limitations

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional advice
  • We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of RSS feed content
  • Service may be modified or discontinued at any time

9. Privacy
